Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, marked the completion of the project through the unveiling of a round stone table at an event hosted at Terrace Gardens last week.
Fitzpatrick Woolmer, preferred suppliers of creative sign and design solutions for the project, started work with Terrace Gardens back in 2007. Working closely with the parks team, Fitzpatrick Woolmer were tasked with the design and manufacture of a range of signs for the park, including entrance, badging, interpretation and waymarking displays. Mark Woolmer Managing Director of Fitzpatrick Woolmer comments “The Terrace Gardens project was a delightful job to be involved in, and showcases a range of our skills. Terrace Gardens is a beautiful place and I am proud that Fitzpatrick Woolmer products and services have played a part in creating such a wonderful environment.”
Melanie Scott, Marketing Manager for Fitzpatrick Woolmer adds “It’s great to be involved with such a recognised project and for a park with such fascinating history – walking around the park, seeing visitors enjoying the environment, really highlighted the significance of what we do as a company and how our products and services enhance the visitor experience. The event to mark the completion of the project was fantastic - the Richmond parks team should be congratulated for not only creating an exceptional green space but for hosting sterling afternoon.”
