Our work at Blue Bell Hill presented a number of challenges. Kent Wildlife Trust were looking to replace several picnic tables throughout the site that had suffered damage from disposable barbeques and were looking for a more robust solution, but with a rustic finish.
Our solution had a number of advantages. By using HPL panels as our table top, we were able to incorporate colourful, interpretive images of flora and fauna that could be discovered at Blue Bell Hill, whilst offering a heat, scratch and graffiti resistant finish to our rustic oak picnic tables.
Other areas of Blue Bell Hill picnic site were given a refresh, with a new welcome sign with interchangeable time slat and replacement interpretation panel. All printed panels have a 10 year lightfastness guarantee and are fully sealed to prevent tampering.
