Riverside Park, Maldon District Council

About

We’re delighted Maldon Council are continuing their challenge to badge parks throughout Maldon with these stunning art pieces and welcome signs.

The design style for Riverside Park was influenced by the racing dinghies that are often seen cutting through the waves of the River Crouch and construction followed the same manufacturing techniques developed for Promenade Park.

These bespoke park entrance signs are supported by a fully welded stainless steel frame with hardwood Iroko fascia panels and full colour branded n-viro™ print. Lettering is permanently engraved into the timber and infilled with exterior grade paint to ensure longevity.

n-viro™ outdoor printed panels are flame and graffiti resistant and come with a 10 year lightfastness guarantee. n-viro™ is a rigid panel that can be profiled to any shape and offered the perfect solution for our vibrant sails.

Two welcome signs were produced to flank the entrance of the park, each mirroring the other and positioned at a slight angle to funnel visitors into the park.
