Rutland Water Park, Anglian Water

About

Anglian Water supplies water to over 6 million people across the East of England but also has a large portfolio of water parks over the Anglian region, from the north of Grimsby to the Thames estuary, where they provide facilities for many activities, ranging from canoeing to water skiing and  providing enjoyable attractions for a relaxing day out! Rutland Water, Grafham Water, Alton Water and Pitsford Water were the four sites that needed our assistance with signage.

Anglian Water had recently undertaken a rebranding exercise that resulted in an exciting new identity that was to be carried across a variety of media including leaflets and brochures, websites, vehicle livery and signage.

Four of Anglian Water’s flagship reservoirs were chosen for a signage rollout that included welcome signage, poster displays, and directional signs.

In keeping with the sites managed grounds and ecological landscape the final solution included a mix of metal and timber sign displays that effectively communicated the new brand, require minimal maintenance and were built to last in these exposed environments.

Permanent signs were treated with an anti-graffiti coating to prevent the tampering or peeling of graphics, whilst temporary signs afforded the easy update of messages and artwork.

A total of 30 signs were manufactured and installed over a 5 week period.
